Italian. Tucked away in a secluded alley in downtown San Francisco, Cafe Tiramisu is a small, Northern Italian style bistro known for its namesake: heavenly layers of espresso-drenched lady fingers. The pasta is homemade and the menu changes daily to offer the freshest ingredients available. Whether its seafood, pasta, wine or dessert, Cafe Tiramisu adds a little Italian flair to make every dining experience a memorable dining experience.
The menu is a tried and true winner, featuring regional Northern Italian recipies. The alley in which the restaurant is located, is full of other lively, good restaurants, adding to the European flair and Chef Pino Spinoso is constantly refining his offerings daily.
Highlights (if they're on the menu): Portobello mushrooms, spinach ravioli, rack of lamb any seafood special. For dessert the traditional dishes such as creme brulee, chocolate mousse, and, of course, tiramisu are all good.
