Contemporary French. Chouchou was started by a renowned French pastry chef and features the home-style cooking native to Provence and their classic Parisian pastries. Garnering fame for her "Les Petites Mitron" pastry shop on Rue Lepic in the 18th arrondissement in Paris, Chef Samie Didda has brought her pastries to San Francisco at Chouchou and she serves them up alongside classic preparations of contemporary French cuisine.
Chouchou is a French Bistro with a Provencal feel. Homemade chocolat fondant and caramelized fruit tart are a specialty along with seafood and meat cassolettes. Chouchou has a bright, colorful dining room with a casual yet chic bistro atmosphere.
