I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. After obtaining a BA in Human Biodynamics from UC, Berkeley, I worked for Physiotherapy Associates and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. I eventually found that fitness is my passion and have affiliated myself with health clubs such as the YMCA, The Sports Club/LA, Gold's Gym & UCSF.
