Difficult feelings can be a gateway for personal growth. I see many students, artists, successful professionals, and couples struggling with depression and anxiety, trauma, problems in relationships, or simply put, that feeling that something just isn't right. My approach is to help you gain awareness of and explore those difficult thoughts, feelings, and past experiences which prevent you from being comfortable with who you would like to be, what you want, and the kinds of relationships that you want to have with others.
I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy and believe that by reclaiming lost or unknown pieces of ourselves, we can grow towards greater wholeness and satisfaction within our lives. Our suffering and uncertainties can actually be in service of realizing our dreams and goals.
