Fusion Law represents businesses on a variety of employment and human resources-related matters, including advising organizations on a broad range of issues from compliance with Federal and California wage and hour laws to lawful termination and lay off procedures, as well as providing sexual harassment training for managers.  Depending on your businesses' needs, Fusion Law can also provide ongoing HR support.  In addition to litigation avoidance counseling, Fusion Law negotiates and prepares employment contracts and handbooks, provides both representation and “behind the scenes” advice to prepare for Labor Board and unemployment hearings.  Fusion Law also conducts workplace investigations of complaints of unlawful conduct, including harassment and discrimination.
