The Gay Men's Buddhist Sangha (GMBS) brings gay men together to practice Buddhism, study the teachings, learn from each other’s experiences, and find ways to serve the gay community. We practice in a vital environment that is accepting and inclusive.
It is difficult to practice Buddhism alone, so we come together to be teachers for each other as gay men with common experiences. The purpose of our Sangha is to support each other’s practice and to help each other live wise and compassionate lives. GMBS offers meditation and mindfulness practice, classes, dialogue, as well as social interaction for gay men.
We invite you to join us in a journey of exploration, learning about your mind, and waking up.
