I am chef for hire. I have a 15 year cooking education encompassing many styles from very classic french to exotic California and pacific rim cuisines. I have cooked on all corners of this country and have traveled and cooked 13 months in europe in various Relaix & Chateaux properties. After managing several of the countries top kitchens.I am now self employed and available for any culinary need! From large events to intimate dinners for 2. I will customize and cater to your likes and needs. I am available for group and private lessons as well as delivered weekly meals.
