People are drawn to therapy at different times in their lives and for different reasons. In my experience, most folks are experiencing distress in relation to life, love, or work. The benefits of a therapeutic relationship are immense. Through regular conversations, we will contemplate your own unique history and how you came to seek therapy. We will go as slow as you need to and consider ways of soothing so as not to jump immediately into the "deep end of the pool." This process yields awareness and grief, but ultimately looks to put you back on a path toward a more fulfilling life. I look forward to hearing from you.
