Chef and co-proprietor Philippe Delarue was born in Le Mans, France, and began his career as an apprentice in the most celebrated Parisian pâtisserie of its day, Etablissement Lenôtre.After Paris, Philippe took on the role of Pastry Chef at establishments in London, Montreal and the United States. His creations have graced the plates of intimate European brasseries and massive American gatherings alike. In San Francisco, Philippe has cultivated a devoted clientele enamored of his classical     indulgences and custom, catered creations.
