Ric Rocchiccioli, known throughout San Francisco as “Ric Roc”, was named San Francisco’s Realtor of the Year, and was President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors in 2001. He has been active in the real estate community since 1986 and is more than able to service any real estate need in a friendly, calm and experienced fashion.
While Ric will be the first to always tell you “his clients come first”, he has proven his devotion to his industry on a local, state and national level. Since he joined the real estate industry, he has chaired or served on every committee of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and is also a member of the Womens Council of Realtors.
Ric attributes his success to his primary goal – to provide personal and professional superior service to his “clients for life”. Raised in Virginia, he developed an appreciation for vintage architecture, and immediately fell in love with the city. Ric knows why everyone wants to live in San Francisco and has helped many buyers and sellers at all price ranges fulfill their dreams. Prior to real estate, Ric has fourteen years of public and private accounting background, a valuable resource for any real estate transaction. He is an alumnus of Golden Gate University where he was awarded the outstanding graduate in the accounting program in 1985.
Also known as the “singing Realtor”, Ric has hosted fundraising events and devoted many hours to local community charities. He is a strong believer in giving back to the community in which he lives. Ric has a thorough knowledge of the San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods and keeps a watchful eye on local real estate market trends. While Ric specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties in San Francisco, his second love is the wine country where he plans to retire in another decade … or two. During his spare time, Ric enjoys spending quality time with his long-term partner at their country home, which they named “Harmony”, a word that summarizes their approach to their professional and personal lives.
