The San Francisco Chocolate Factory, known for its signature tins filled with gourmet chocolate drops, is hosting a special tasting event on Saturday, April 8th at its SOMA Retail Boutique.
Chocolatier Anthony Ferguson of Cacao Anasa will present his spring collection of artisan chocolate truffles and confections, many infused with exotic floral, herb and spice blends. ???Spring is a time of new beginnings when the pungent fragrances and flavors of new life and hope intermingle with the remembrance of our own beginnings,??? said chocolatier Ferguson. ???Our new collections combine that essence of spring with the finest chocolate, bringing new freshness to our artisan delights."
